Welcome to the Illinois Wing Mentoring Connection

ILWG members willing to be a mentor and those who need a mentor may sign up on the Google Form below. Fill out the form in order to be listed as a mentor or to see a list of mentors. Please contact the Illinois Wing Director of Education & Training, Capt Julie Moses, at et@ilwg.cap.gov with any questions.

ILWG Mentoring Connection 

• Members must mentor a new member through Level 1 to complete their own Level 3 requirements and they must mentor a member through a technician rating to complete Level 5.

• Mentors should also review these relevant CAP mentoring publications.
